HOW IT WORKS

	Internet Payment Gateway (iPG) utilizes the World Wide Web to access, process and transmit payment card transaction related data. Bypassing the traditional access networks provides added efficiency and enhanced data availability. iPG "talks to" various credit card authorization networks to verify, validate, authorize and submit transaction related data throughout the world. iPG is able to verify:

		Card validity
		Funds availability
		Cardholder address information
		Card verification value (CVV) 2 and card validation code (CVC) 2 data
		Credit and partial credit capabilities
	Additional proprietary features developed to assist merchants conducting business on the Internet include:
		Transaction risk modeling
		Velocity controls (controlled transaction limitations)
		Real time on-line transaction related data and reporting
		Historical transaction data and reporting
	Merchants approved transactions are automatically submitted in daily batches by iPG to the settlement processor of choice for settlement into their accounts.
